BEEF

We raise a cross between Hereford beef and Aberdeen Angus.  Hereford is an extremely tender meat. Hereford is a British breed and is generally smaller by weight than the Angus.   The Angus is a scottish breed and is naturally polled (no horns).  Angus is a larger breed of beef cattle.  All cattle are on pasture all year round.
