PORK

We are currently breeding and raising Certified and Registered Berkshire pork.   The breed originating in England.  Berkshire's are known for marbling in the meat.  Marbling keeps the meat tender and juicy.  We just add a Hereford breeder to our wonderful Berkshires.  The Hereford breed origin is right here in Iowa.  They also produce high-quality meat.  All our pigs are pasture raised all summer long.  Winter they need to be in a warmer barn.  We are proud to offer pasture raised meats, local all natural raised meats.
